Clever Servizi Energetici S.p.a. (“Cleverse”) has acquired the entire share capital of Tecnoenergy Service S.r.l. (“Technoenergy”).
Cleverse is a company active in the residential energy efficiency sector and is participated by the infrastructure funds FIEE SGR, Marguerite and Pioneer Point Partners.
Tecnoenergy Service operates in the Milan metropolitan area and offers energy efficiency services and maintenance, mainly to residential clients.
Role of Lyra:
Lyra acted as sole financial advisor to Tecnoenergy
- Tasks of Lyra included:
- Scouting of potential investor
- Assistance in the preparation of the company’s business plan and information memorandum
- Assistance in defining the structure and the terms of transaction
- Assistance in the negotiation and execution of the transaction up to the closing
- Coordination of due diligence activities
