A2A Group has sold its 49% share in E-Utile to Atos Origin.
E-Utile was established in 2002 as a joint venture between AEM Milano and Siemens. It provides IT services to both A2A Group companies and other clients. The company is headquartered in Milan and has about 300 employees.
A2A (www.a2a.it) is the largest Italian multi-utility company, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange and established in 2008 from the merger of Aem Milano, Asm Brescia, AMSA and Ecodeco. With more than 12 thousand employees, it is the second-largest domestic producer of energy, the second largest Italian operator of electricity distribution networks and the national largest supplier of environmental services.
Atos Origin (http://atos.net) is a world leader in digital services with more 90 thousand employees in 72 countries. The Group provides Consulting & Systems Integration services, BPO, Cloud operations, Big Data & Cyber-security solutions. The Group works with clients across different business sectors: Defence, Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing, Media, Utilities, Public Sector, Retail, Telecommunications, and Transportation.
