TXT e-solutions (“TXT”) and HAT SGR (“HAT”) have respectively acquired 84,1% and 15.9% of Webgenesys.
TXT is an international software development and consulting company, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange.
HAT is an asset management company focused on the technology sector.
Webgenesys is a Digital Enabler that uses its value added skills to guide public and private customers in their digital transformation.
Role of Lyra:
Lyra acted as sole financial advisor to Webgenesys
Tasks included:
- Deal origination
- Scouting of potential investors
- Assistance in the preparation of the company’s business plan and information memorandum
- Assistance in defining the structure and the terms of transaction
- Assistance in the negotiation and execution of the transaction up to the closing
- Coordination of due diligence activities
